Here at BeanIT, our top priority is to ensure that we consistently supply a professional, fast and cost effective service.

To help us measure ourselves against this, we recently conducted a survey to obtain client feedback. We would like to thank all of our clients who generously gave up their time to provide us with their feedback.

The results were very encouraging and demonstrated that we are providing an excellent service. However, we can assure you that we won’t rest on our laurels as we continue in our pursuit of being the best IT company within the region.

Some of the highlights of the survey revealed that:

• 96% of clients rated our service to be ‘very good’ or ‘good’ for cost effectiveness;
• 92% of clients were ‘very likely’ to use our services again with a further 4% being ‘likely’ or ‘fairly likely’ to;
• 96% of clients would actively recommend us; and
• 100% of the respondents rated us as being ‘very good’ or ‘good’ for speed of service, professionalism and technical ability.
